Overall experience was not good as the rooms were in pathetic state. The paint was peeling out, toilets were dirty. Although a good property, but not maintained at all. Not worth spending Rs. 2000 per night. However, Food and kids swimming pool...

Hot Water- Solar powered. Availability depends on the number of people. If more people then be prepared to bath with cold water
