"Rooms need maintenance"

The service & behaviour of the staff was really good.
The hotel need improvement in regards to room maintainence.
Food was very good
Best Experience: Service & behaviour,homely atmosphere
Worst Experience: Light problem was their in darjeeling at that time.although hotel had backup but it was not lasting long.
