From the Internet, we found the name and contact no of Pradip Modak. It was one of our most useful discoveries. Visitors to Shillong would greatly enjoy Shillong by using his services. Pradip's contact nos are : 09863087418 / 09862996431. Not only is he a cab owner/driver, he turned out to be an excellent guide, with detailed knowledge of all parts of Meghalaya, Pradip knew heaps of folklore as well as being a good photographer. He seemed to know everybody, which helped considerably.

Best Experience: Food is really good
Worst Experience: I was my own security officer. As windows latch does not work. Alternative room given on the 2nd day have power plug, water valve problem.

Hotel Review of Center Point, Hotel
The roof top bar is very good. There is nothing much to do in Shillong after dark and so staying in Center Point has its advantage- one being its situated in the centre of the town and the main market. Live band and disco on Wednesdays and Fridays makes this hotel very attractive for fun lovers....
