Its was just an average time in Shimla palace. They care for their customers however the quality of the service boys are not good.
Worst Experience: Hotel staff was not aware that, i have already booked a room online.

Near to Rail Station. Rooms are average and most of the rooms dont have any open window...might feel suffocated. Room service is good..and prompt. But hotel dont have any non veg restaurent and if you want to have any non veg dishes it have to be...
