it was bad.So called ac rooms aC was not working.Geyser was not working.Poor maintainance

haridwar is a very good place. it is a good budget hotel. the surroundings of the hotel were calm and peaceful. the hospitality at the hotel was good, over all services were good. the quality of the food was good

It was good but room service was very very slow and house keeping was not good but reception staff was cooprative.
