Pickup and drop facility was provided by the hotel people. It was around 5 to 6 km away from the bus stop. It was located in the main market and car was available for sightseeing. I stayed there for roaming around with my family. Staff behaviour was very nice. Service was quickly provided. I visited there by train in May 2012. Appearance of the hotel was very good. Room allotted was excellent. It was spacious, neat and well-maintained. Check in and check out was on time. AC, TV, geyser, or everything was functioning properly. They cleaned the room regularly. Hot and cold water was available there for 24 hours. View was not available from there. Washroom and furnishings were neat and hygienic. Veg food was available there. I liked its quality and taste. It was in reasonable price. No activity was there. They did not organize any sightseeing trip. Finally, Baroda is a very good place. Hotel was value for money. I will definitely recommend it to others. No suggestion is needed.
This visit was quite interesting. The hotel location was fine. The reception staff was also good. The rooms were well maintained and hotel service staff was pretty much concerned about the guests.
