One of best hotel in upper Pelling with magnificent view of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Comfortable rooms with all modern amenities like TV, geyser, cupboards. Nice hospitality and room service. Good in house restaurant with Bengali and other foods. Walking distance to helipad where 360° view available. Special to mention about Mr Avijit, manager who always humbly solves all customer issues. Overall fully satisfactory stay at this Biswas grp of hotels with complete relaxation and fantastic views
Excellent hotel with its view of Mt. Kanchenjungha. It is the nearest place from Kanchenjungha. The helipad is very near from there. Every range of Kanchenjungha is clearly visible and can be identified from this hotel. The behaviour of staffs are very gentle. The food quality is also very good, but the food must be ordered with a prior notice as everything is not easily available on that high altitude. The scenic beauty is excellent and the hotel is situated in a prime location of Upper Pelling.
In the month of March I stayed in this hotel. It was a holiday trip with my family. I went to this destination to sightseeing of kanchanjanga. I got very nice service and facilities in this hotel. Hospitality and management staff's of the hotel was superb. The destination was very nice and I visited singsok beach and kanchanjanga falls. The hotel was located near to the helipad and it was excellent. Best way to reach the hotel was by car. Reception of the hotel was superb and I liked the most was their hospitality. The staff's were awesome and their behaviour was very friendly to customer. I had booked the room on the spot. Room was only good because I needed more attractive interior ambience but it was only normal room. Service of the hotel was delayed for half an hour therefore it was only average and I didn’t like it. The food and drinks were very nice and it taste like homely food. I didn’t ask for complimentary breakfast but it was available there. Pickup and drop facility was arranged by the hotel. I needed Wi-Fi facility for my official work but it was not available in the hotel. I would suggest to upcoming travellers that view from the hotel was excellent and service was also good. The overall experience was good in the hotel because of homely food and atmosphere as well as it was reasonable also.
I traveled to Pelling on a family holiday trip during the month of May 2017. I booked a room at this hotel directly when we reached the spot. The hotel region was very good with the surroundings. The view was beautiful. It was a bit far from the city. It was convenient. The appearance was excellent with the decorations. It was well maintained with the neatness. The reception was excellent with the administration. They completed the booking process properly and they responded on time. They were helpful and informative. The overall service was very good and very satisfactory. We took a deluxe room. It was clean and hygienic. The ambience and decorations were attractive. All the basic necessaries were in a clean and good condition. Hot water was provided and the bathroom was clean. The room service was good and they were on time. We took food. It had a very good taste and the quality was well maintained. It was well cooked and delicious. At that place no indoor and outdoor games. No extra amenities also. Our stay was very comfortable so I recommend this hotel to all other travelers.
It was my first visit to Pelling. Kanchenjungha was just at the hotel balcony. This is why we chose Simvo. Moreover, we got the best of rooms. Room service was fantastic. The tour in entire Pelling was very well designed and the hotel authorities arranged it very well. The clear sky helped us to take fantastic snaps as well. The car arranged by the hotel was good enough for daylong journey. The drivers were like real friends. There guidance was supreme. The quality of food served to us were excellent. Most of all was the cordiality. Anyways, hope to visit Pelling again in near future and will definitely choose Simvo.
It was my holiday trip to Pelling with my family people in the month of January 2017. My native place is Kolkatta city. I booked our stay in the hotel through a travel agency. Pelling was the very good city to visit for us. Hotel location was very near to the city & it was nearby all other amenities & the hotel was near to the mountain area & view was good. The ambience was excellent in designs & was very attractive in view. The reception was very polite & kind in greeting us & ambience was very decorative. Service was very prompt in there & they were very well in behaved to us & no delay in serving. Room was very good in spacious & view was very good from the hotel window. Food & drink was awesome in taste & it was very delicious & it was very good in quality. There were no extra activities. There was no WiFi facility was there. There was a pickup & drop facility. I expected WiFi facility in the hotel to enjoy. It was very good hotel & I liked the staff in the hotel & food in there. Travelers can visit & stay comfortable.
