Since cottage suited in coffee estate , environment is good. but , tariff is not value for money...

Worst Experience: food

Myself, wife and our 2 children visited this fabulous resort. It's an execllant place to forget everything and go into oblivion. Set in a truly forest like 100-acre coffee estate, the resort has an ambience which will inject a fresh feeling to you. The food is really tasty and the early morning walk through the resort is really worth experiencing.

Best Experience: Very good service and courteous staff.

Worst Experience: The mosquito menace which prevents you from cooling off in the sitout of your cottage

Had a very good time. If only, they can improve on the food quality, it would be perfect. But remember this is about 2 or 3 kms away from the Town centre. So, you may not want to book this one if you dont have a private transport

Best Experience: They have built the resort without disturbing nature much, which was very good, since, after all, you visit these places to escape from concrete jungles! So you wake up to the sounds of birds and other creatures, which was pleasant.

Worst Experience: This I can say was my not so good experience. The geyser was not not working on the first day morning for quite sometime. The room 'boy' would do something and would say hot water will come in 15 mins. And even after 15 mins the geyser would not budge. My observation that the power light is not glowing was not heeded to. And after couple of hours they figured they had to switch on another common switch located somewhere else !

This was quite an expensive place, The resort was fine.There was no activities arranged as such. It was overall good.food was good here.

Excellent location in the middle of coffee estate. Very reasonably priced.

Best Experience: Lots of private space. Away from city yet accessible to the town.

Worst Experience: none.
