Itís a very good and budget hotel, located at the heart f Gunter, near to all major area in Guntur. Price is reasonable and available to all. Good is very good and they are specialised in serving famous food in Guntur. Food items are good specially for non-veg lovers.

The hotel is located in middle of the city but the traffic over there makes you to feel uncomfortable little bit. The hotel booking service is very good and polite while answering you and the rooms are clean and tidy. The food is yummy over here choose whatever you want, they will get it for you. My overall, stay here was pleasant that greatly fix to the budget.

The best part of this hotel is the budget, it costs around 1700 per day. The rooms look good but they are pretty old. The service is good and nice. The Food at the hotel tastes good but we can find very good thali and biryani near-by. It is located at the center of the city and near to railway station too. If you are limited by the budget it looks the best option in the locality, if you can spend additional 1000/- you can opt for Geetha regency nearby.

For the budget and central location the hotel is quite good. Ambience of the rooms and the reception area, etc. are adequate with no reason to complain. We went to Guntur without any hotel booking and we were happy to get two rooms as a walk-in guest. To go to Suryalanka beach, we decided to stay at Guntur as the beach cottages were full and unavailable.

The rooms are quite good. We drove in our own car from Hyderabad and there was no parking problem and our car got accommodated in the drive way. We did not dine there and we went to nearby restaurants by walk. There are quite a few good vegetarian restaurants nearby within walking distance.

However they offered complimentary breakfast and although the person at the reception mentioned some conditions we did not understand clearly. Only when we went to the restaurant for availing the breakfast the next morning we learnt that we were entitled to 2 dishes plus coffee or tea but with a price limit. Since we were not shown the menu card or pricing, we had two dishes and coffee/tea and in the end we were brought a bill for the excess amount. This can be avoided and they could serve fixed breakfast (limited) for everyone without any choice. At least these unknown conditions etc would not surface.

Moreover during the breakfast, the service was not up-to the mark. We had to wait for almost 20 minutes before we were served. The restaurant and ambience could be better. We got a feeling that when we went, the kitchen was under renovation and the food was being brought from somewhere else and served.

Otherwise, the hotel has all conveniences nearby like shopping, other restaurants, etc. as it is located on a crowded road in the heart of the town. Locating the hotel by Google navigation was not a problem as that is how we reached the hotel as we were driving into Guntur.

All in all, a good hotel for the budget and for short stays with lots of conveniences nearby. From my personal experience, I would not recommend their restaurant. May be it has improved now, I would not know. We stayed for less than 24 hours, checking in at 8 pm and checking out the next afternoon around 3 pm. So we did not use any other facilities of the hotel.

A hotel in Guntur, visited here to see Amaravathi temple. The ambiance is good, but there is no power back up for such a big hotel except for common lighting and fans. The food is pretty good and all the varieties are available, the complimentary breakfast given is good. We booked a double AC room but we were allotted single AC room due to unavailability.

Overall its an average hotel and the location were good. The service was good and the appearance of the hotel was good. The rooms were spacious and there were no problem in the rooms and the bed was not good it was uncomfortable. Complimentary breakfast was provided and it was good in quality but in quantity wise was limited. There were no activities available and the booking was done directly. It is value for money and recommendable for others. The hotel destination was easy, it was nearby the railway station and the rooms did not have any view. They did not arrange for sightseeing and it was an official trip in 2012.

I went to Guntur and took a AC room at Sindoori Hotel at Brodipet, 4th Lane for a company visit with my Manager, to meet some officials.

My room looked good and hygienic, starting from door mats, bed, cot, drawer, LCD TV with cable connection, AC with remote control, power sockets, reading table, bathrooms etc. I had a good sleep, as the ambiance was nice.

Staff were also so nice and soft spoken but a bit slow, house keeping was also good but slow.

The main advantage of this hotel is its mouth watering, delicious and hygienic veg food, and the economical stay.

I would prefer this hotel for an economical stay in Guntur and, I feel, housekeeping and front desk can improve.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, famous Sanker vilas center, Railway station is walkable. Bus stand is five minutes drive. Service was very good, staff was courteous. They offer limited complementary breakfast. Sankar vilas hotel served famous Andhra dishes. Ex chief ministers of AP Sarvasri NTR and Rosaiah were there in the hotel during our visit. Guntur is famous pilgrimage and business center.
