So far its been good... the hotel is located about 0.5 kms from the The Thekkady Tiger Reserve. Though located on the main road with considerable amount of traffic, once inside the room..feels silent.

Best Experience: The best part was finding this place and consider it luck that I could find us a room over this long weekend. Also, for those of you who are not interested to pay unecessary taxes to the govt. the hotel\'s accomodation manager Baiju provides rooms at half the tariff but without bills. Did I take the offer?? well, lets just keep this for discussion some other time.

Worst Experience: None.

Thekkady is a beautiful place with lots to do . Of course its\' a wildlife resort . But apart from that there is lots more to do. There is the kerala cultural show where u can have a glimpse of the famous martial arts of Kerala . There are beautiful spice gardens to visit and of course spices to buy . of course , there is the sanctuary to visit .

Best Experience: Tree top was a very very average hotel with strictly ok rooms. The food is decent. The favourable part is the location . It is a 2 mins drive from the sanctuary and the city . Of course there are many hotels in Thekkady which can boast of the same convenience .

Worst Experience: The hotel staff was quite unresponsive and unhelpful . The rooms did not have some basic facilities . Also the entire staff had an affliction for \'foreigners\' ! Overall wouldnt recommend it to anyone .

Good place to visit close to nature, just that it is a wonder that with all the crowds of environmentally unfriendly visitors, and ferries following each other at breakneck speed the animals still hang around the lake. Being October, and abundance of water everywhere didn’t have sightings of either elephants or any rare animals, plenty of bison, deer; was a beautiful experience.

Best Experience: Trek through the jungle, though spotted nothing but a couple of sambar deer. Lot of pug marks and leaches

Worst Experience: First day, couldn’t go on trek as the forest guides were clearing the sanctuary of plastic !!
