A very good budget hotel

Posted 28 Oct, 2013

I went on an official visit to Mysore and based on the recommendations of a friend of mine, I chose this hotel. I am very happy that I made the right choice. The reception was quite quick and registration was speedy. The ambiance was good. Even though my booked category room was unavailable due to reasons beyond their control, they put me in a higher category room WITHOUT any extra charge! It was too good to be true and having visited several hotels across the country, I can say with certainty that this hotel is the best for customer hospitality. The room service orders were handled very efficiently and the staff was very cordial and friendly. On one occasion, I was very hungry and requested them to send quickly and believe me, the order came within 12 minutes. Even a restaurant takes more time than that! The supplies were regularly replenished and I had no occasion to remind them about that. Finally, when I was checking out after staying there for 10 days, they requested me to stay with them again on my next visit, which I would do very certainly. Overall it was truly excellent.

Best hotel with best food and worth for money

Posted 10 Nov, 2015

Had been to Mysuru, the heritage city of Karnataka for 3 day visit with family. Had got to know about this hotel through friend and found it was awesome. It is so close to all tourist destinations at Mysuru for visitors. Just 250 mt away from City Railway station and 2 km from Market and Bus station. Places like Mysuru Palace, Zoological Garden, Jaganmohana Palace and Railway Museum etc, were within 3 km reach. The GRS Fantasy Park and Ontikoppalu is reachable without any traffic/ signal hassle. One could reach Bengaluru- Mysuru highway or Mysuru-Mangalore highway without even entering the city or any traffic signal. Most importantly, the supporting staff are really good and kind could be reachable easily at any time. This Hotel has restaurant run by Nemballi Hotels Pvt. Ltd. Serving really good food of various cuisines. For room supply they charge Rs. 5 extra on each item. Buffet breakfast in the morning is included with room tariff is an added advantage for tourists. Hotel rooms were neat, clean and are spacious. 24 Hrs hot water supply. Ample covered and open parking facility. Children's play area is an added advantage. In total hotel is worth for money.

The Hotel is in close proximity to the railway station. It is a decent budget hotel We stayed in a non A\\c room which costed us around Rs 1100. The rooms are small but clean. The staff is quite helpful. They have complimentary breakfast buffet(something that came as a surprise to me for the money we were paying) The restuarant serves good south indian and north indian dishes, ordering chinese is a risk. Overall its a nice place to stay provided ur purpose of visit involves whole lot of sight seeing and one comes back to the hotel only for sleeping

This is the best place if you are looking for budget hotel. Excellent service, clean rooms, good food, prime location. We stayed there for two days and enjoyed our time. See, this is not a super luxury hotel, so do not expect a swimming pool or bathtub etc. it is a hotel offering you excellent accommodation for reasonable price, around 1000 Rs/day. Therefore you do not have many \'activities\' within the premises, nevertheless they have a small children play area which is adequate to keep the kids busy. I will say its a hotel with 3 star faciities for the tariff of a 2 star and 24 hrs check-out time facility is simply bonus.

Pleasant experience, Good Services

Posted 4 Aug, 2014

The purpose of the visit was to relax and see some good places in Mysore. The room was neatly organized with private curtains on windows and also after we enter the room. Had good number of chairs, a table and a Godrej safe, with few hangers in almirah. In our package, we had complimentary breakfast. The food was awesome; lunch and dinner are chargeable based on what you eat. They had good variety of food options and we really liked the taste, and the price is also nominal. Room service was pretty fast, for food delivery and minor issues in room like hot water not coming, TV not switching on etc. However, some of the items in complimentary breakfast were oily and every day same items will be served, except change in dosa and masala rice. It would be good, if the items in breakfast are changed every day with common items like idly and vada being there every day. This hotel is located in a very good location and almost all the important tourist places are in the range of 2 - 4 km, except Chamundi hills and Brindavan gardens. Staff is also very friendly and service was very good. Both check-in and check-out process was hassle free. I strongly recommend this hotel for all and I would like to stay here for my next visit too. I had done the hotel booking in and I got a good deal.
