Sri Subramaniya Swami Temple is situated within the city and is considered to be a very popular temple for Hindus. The temple is renowned for the ‘Soma Skandha’ posture in which Lord Shiva has Goddess Shakti seated to his left and their son, Lord Subramanya between them.
