Hotel Review of Grand Mumtaz Hotel
Comments: The hotel is good location wise just beside the golf course. It is very near to market place. But it is suitable for people who goes for office tour rather than leisure tour.
Worst Experience: The worst thing is the front office personnel. They are unsofisticated and unprofessional. At the time of our check out it faltly demanded that we have used its mini bar and should pay for it. When we told that please check your minibar in front of us they recounted and found every thing is ok and we didn't use any item. Then they didn't apolozise for the incident for a single time. It shows the rudeness of front office personnel. Moreover the quality of food is worse and its chef are expert only on Kashmiri cuisine.
