Staying at the Anupam resort was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very polite and efficient.

Hotel Anupam is a good stay for 1 - 2 days at Dharmashala - Mcleodgunj. Rooms are quiet big. Food is also good with very good service.

Best Experience: Rooms are very spacious.

Worst Experience: Well none.

Staying at the Anupam resort was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very polite and efficient. The place is kept very clean and tidy. But the food needs a lot of improvement. The Breakfast menu was very limited. South Indian breakfast items would have added a variety to the menu. The items in the main menu were too oily and spicy. Many items on the menu were not available. As such the food needed a lot of improvement, both choicewise, tastewise and healthwise. Another important point is, when you book occupancy for three adults, provision should be made not only to provide a third bed, but also a single cot, which was not available here.

Best Experience: Though we were inconvenienced by having to change our rooms in the middle of our stay, we were very lucky to be offered one of the best rooms in the Resort. The room itself was our best experience. We could enjoy the view of the beautiful, majestic snow-capped Himalayas on one side and the Deodhar forests on the other side.

Worst Experience: The whole area, Dalhousie and Dharamsala seem to be facing water shortage. So we too experienced water problem is this Resort, which was solved promptly by the management. But one should be prepared to face such problems in other hotels too, where the management may not be so efficient.
