We were 4 Families, We stayed there for 3 nights as the manager said there would be a snowfall, we extended from 2 nights to 3 nights. And yes it did Snow. It was beautifully amazing.

The services provided by the staff and management is no match to any other hotel. The best part is that you get hot boiling water in the shower on demand. The whole resort was well maintained despite there was a renovation going on.

No Compromise on Quality of Service at Sterling Holidays.

Dont Forget to visit Solang Valley.

The hotel is convenient to locate and closer to city. The outlook of the hotel is very good and interiors are maintained very well. The staff members in the hotel are helpful and friendly in behaviour. The room allotted to us spacious and maintained neatly with all the necessary amenities which were working perfectly, and there was snow view available from room. There were no activities or games available or arranged by the hotel management. I had been here with my family and our stay at this hotel was comfortable and money spent was worth it.

We went to honeymoon at Manali and spent at the Sterling Resort. We didn't care about the amenities as we were only concerned about more spending on sightseeing. But overall it was a good experience to stay in the hotel. The servicing was excellent. The staff were very helpful and good matured. The rooms were clean and tidy, and room service was excellent. Only negative point was that most of the items we ordered were not there. Apart from that it was a nice experience.

Travelling in a big group can always be a bit of problem, hence booking in advance always pays off. We were a group of 11 people and had booked this hotel from the online portal.

The place was snow covered and indeed there was white mist all around. The staff was very courteous and helpful. But the hotel was under construction so the vibe was somewhat lacking.

The hotel is situated in somewhat outer parts of Manali, hence is is very peaceful and tranquil. Rooms are expensive and snow covered valley looked very beautiful. Staff was very helpful in making us comfortable. Friendliness of the staff and their help in every little things made us feel very special.

Only problem with this resort is that is is somewhat far from city, therefore stroll back to hotel is not possible, also you may feel some problems from construction side of the hotel. Also I must state that this hotel does not compare to usual standards of Sterling Resorts.

I wouldn't have done anything differently, if I visited there next time. The real stand out here is the staff, which is unmatched and unparalleled.

Manali White Mist a Sterling holiday Resorts was surrounded by snow covered mountains or peaks on all sides. The resort itself was full of snow during our visit. This resort does total justice to it's name - The white Mist as it is snowy white all around. The service of the team at the resort was excellent. The experience at this resort was a really refreshing one.

This hotel was conveniently located with a good ambience. The staff and services at this hotel were helpful and kind. The rooms were neat and clean well-maintained with good amenities and had a mountain view from the room. There were no delays while check-in and check-out. There were no sightseeing trips organised by the hotel. The hotel was valuable and thus recommendable to the visitors.

I visited Manali and stayed in this hotel with my family for relaxation purpose, and we had a nice experience in this hotel. I did not face any difficulty to reach the hotel as we travelled in our own vehicle and it was conveniently located. The interior and exterior of the hotel was good. The staffs in the hotel were helpful and they gave quick service for our entire request, but the only problem was that they have fixed timing for hot water and apart from that, everything was fine. The room in this hotel was good and maintained well, except geyser all other amenities were provided in working condition. There was a nice mountain view from the hotel room. I had food in the hotel restaurant and it was tasty, the price was reasonable. The check in and checkout process was done on time. There were activates but due to cold we did not utilize it. The hotel was value for money and I will recommend to other travellers.

Location of the hotel was good. I faced no problem to find this hotel. Hotel was located little far from city. Hotel was located at about 2 kms distance from bus stop. There was no shopping mall and other points near to the hotel. No problem during check in and check out facility. Hotel look wise was okay. Rooms were neat, clean, and spacious. 24-hour hot water facility was there. You can see valley view from hotel rooms. I stayed there for three days. I took my food outside the hotel but it was little bit costly but I enjoyed my breakfast in the hotel. All the indoor facilities were there. Parking facility was there. I went there in my own car. It was a family relaxation trip before three years. Hotel was value for money paid. I had no suggestion to improve in this hotel.

Visited the hotel for a week of relaxation. The pictures on the website were as experienced by us. The staff was very courteous and helped in all the formalities of checking-in. We were updated everyday of all the activities of the day. The restaurant was clean and the food delicious. The resort keeps renovating their rooms for better ambiance. It was worth a visit.

Travel advisory: Do keep in mind the rush in season that is April to August as there was no space to keep a step and parking in Manali city because of the rush.
