It was good & pleasing experience.We had stayed only for a day & hotel has aranged for us the sight seeing. The service in teh hotel was also satisfactory.

"food was below average"

The stay was comfortable with respect to the view of the Vivekananda memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue and Sunrise views from the room.

Best Experience: The walk along the sea waves from sun rise point to sun set point in the evening.

overall experience was good. surprised to have excellent north indian food at the hotel. room was kept ready before our arrival and as per our choice a sea-faced room was allotted. my worst experience i am sharing below.

the hotel location is good but the management and staff are really bad and are not well mannered...the service was very poor...the service at the restaurant was horrible...they didnt have a staff to even serve us...food was really bad...
