"Peacefull and quiet environment"

Nice, Location was good. Peacefull and quite environment as we expected. Good space for the children to play and small garden to relax.

Best Experience: Co-operative staff of front office and helpful and near by market.

I stayed in Surana Palace and found the services are good but I cannot say very good.

Best Experience: Sitting in the garden and enjoying the nature.

it was a ok type place,nothing to do anywhere, children got boredup,but we can understand it is a holy place for pilgrimage and not hillstation

I booked this place from an Internet travel portal. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel looks good from the outside and thats it. Even Beach Huts in Goa are better equipped and clean.

hotel is situated at central part of the city..very convenient to roam around..room is spacious but is not worth of 1600/-.managerial staff is polite but room service is pathetic..

A very neat and well maintained hotel with well maintained suits. The appearance of the hotel and surroundings are so pleasing and inviting.Service also is quite good. Room is spaceous with attached toilets netly maintained
