Top Reviews of Suvarna Regency
The Suvarna is a well located hotel in Hassan and rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The problems I faced are 1. There is no covered parking and the car has to be kept under the very hot sun of Hassan. Front office staff are not that courteous towards the guest. You have to be there patiently waiting for getting their attention. They do not provide the facility of putting room service bills to settle while checkout. I think it is for online booking customers only. The problem is that for each room service, we have to give tip to the boys. The housekeeping also is not that good. They do not replenish the toiletries unless you repeatedly ask them. Same with the complimentary mineral water. Still then I appreciate the location the comfortable and spacious rooms and excellent non veg food from the restaurant.
Good Hotel in facility, excellent Services and its nearer to the local convenience its convenient to shopping malls and movie theaters and people over there are polite and humble. Hotel front office representatives are receiving the clients in friendly. Affordable Price of 1000 Rs. / day for a double bed room with complementary break-fast. Neat & tidy rooms. very near to Hassan Bus-stand. LCD TV with cable connection, hot water facility and wifi connection.
We stayed for two nights here. Location is right in the center of town. So it was easy to go to Belur and Halebeid from there. They also have a restaurant downstairs which is a plus. Also ample parking space in the compound. They supposedly say there is a swimming pool in the listing but was under construction when we went.
Good experience. The food served by the hotel was very nice.
I have had a good time in Surname Regency. It is close to bus stop, so it is not very difficult to find the place. The complimentary breakfast is offered at the hotel below. You can choose from 2 options available.Saturday and Sundays usually very busy at the restaurant so ensure you go there early. The front office reception staff are very courteous and good. Speak to them in Kannada for a good response from them.
