I had been to Hotel Swagatham twice and the first time they welcomed us with the garland and all, we felt over whelmed and the second time it wasn\'t the same. This is a hotel that was newly built and the room was fine for two people. Service was ok the first time but not good the second time. Overall an average hotel.
