"The place where you get calm water without waves"

Talasari is the place where there is a channel that brings sea water much inside the land. The water in the channel is crystal clear and very clam without waves. One can cross this small channel to reach up to the sea on the other side. The....... More

We reached there at the time of sun set. It was a great experience. There was a 'Beach Festival' happening by Orissa Government. So had a great time. More

"Red Crab Beach"

I liked it the most, it was all red, but as we moved closer, all the red crabs vanished in the sand. We also drank green coconut tea etc. More

About Talasari

Talsari is located close to both the Subarnarekha River and the sea. It is some 6 km from Digha, near the Orissa-Bengal border and is a small delta. The beach at Talsari is a lesser known one and the waters are calm and peaceful.
