A good hotel for middle class Indians. Air conditined rooms are available at moderate tariff. Location is within the city. But the location is good,as Sea beach is more or less 3 kms away. The backwater is also nearby. Autorikshaws are easily available. There is a restaurant attached with it. If you are happy with standard vegetarian Keralian meal, it will do for you. Non veg items are not many and they are to be ordered in advance.

I booked it online. Hotel was located at convenient place. Interior and exterior design of the hotel was so-so. Staff service was on time and they did friendly and cordial. Hotel room was spacious and well maintained. I took veg food there it was fine taste and quality wise. Activities were not available there. I can recommend this hotel for everyone because it is a budget hotel. Front office service was okay. Room facility was satisfactory. Alappuzha as a tourist place is excellent place for outing. I visited this place in May month with my family. It was my relaxation trip.
Hotel Tamarind Alphuja is very coviniently located hotel on the national highway itself with big spacious rooms three big beds with A/C and separate laterine bathroom, has a connected restaurant with buffet lunch/dinner,ample parking space. The only limitation which we felt was the unavailability of punjabi/north indian food which children /old parents made an issue of.Lack of understanding hindi laguage was also a barrier in proper communication, leaving only english language a link.
the hotel room service is fine. then the foods also nice.Restaurant look very tidy.Trees and plants gave us fresh air.staffs were handled us in a good manner.we can trust them and stay there.receptionist gave us more ideas to enjoy a lot.there are more facilities. the management arranged cars for sight seeing.
Good. Stayed there overnight in transit . Started from Verkala in the morning by car. Took day long backwater cruise from Kollam to Alleppy. Next morning moved onward to Periyar wildlife sanctuary.
The hotel is really great. The guy at the reception is really friendly and helpful.Rooms were big and comfortable.Food wasnt upto the mark.Staff was really helpful. The only problem was that the taps in the bathroom were leaking everytime.
