Is May-end a good time to travel to Arunachal Pradesh? On the way from Bomdila to Tawang, what are the important sightseeing points? Is finding an accommodation in this region easy or should I book in advance? |

North Eastern holiday
I am planning a trip to the NorthEast of India. I would like to visit the states of Sikkim, Arunachal & Assam. I can take a 15day break from work. Do you have any info and experiences on this region?
Just wanted some travel tips:
1. When's a good time to visit this region? I dont wanna get stuck there in the landslides in the monsoons or heavy snowfall. Although being surrounded by snow would be lovely.
2. Can both these states be done in 15days? (Departure from Bombay.)
3. Anything besides the popular Pelling, Tawang, etc.
4. Contact nos of taxi services
5. An itinerary that covers these places
6. Any other info/experiences that you would wanna share. |
