Ranked 426 of 609 hotels in Munnar
Very nice boutique hotel. Rooms are very modern, neat, clean and spacious even though the property looks like a heritage building. Its located besides the tea plantations of munnar which gives a special feeling during the stay. Would have been really great if the balcony was facing the tea plantation side. The toilets are also very neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable and had a good sleep. The staffs were friendly. They will arrange Jeep safari for local site seeing on request and chargeable basis. But they charge extra from the usual pricing, so we preferred to arrange our own from the local service provider. The hotel provides complimentary tea walk in the morning. But we did not opt it and hence cannot comment on the same. Free Wi-Fi available in the room, but unfortunately the wi-fi signal in the room was very week, we hardly could use it. The hotel provides only buffet for dinner, we opted to have it from outside. Breakfast was served on rooftop semi open restaurant with tea plantation view on side was nice. Even though there is no wide spread of dishes, the ones served was really nice. The staffs were courteous and friendly. When we booked room via goibibo, the room amenities included refrigerator in room. But there wasn't any in the room given to us. When inquired, they said it was only available in rooms at 2nd and 3rd floor. Also it will be appreciated if they provide a door mat for bathroom. It was the best located hotel in that locality (Chithirapuram) of Munnar. Ideal for peaceful getaways or romantic holidays.
hotel was good, view for sunrise was awesome from room. but hotel is far away from city around 10 km, without own vehicle very difficult to reach there and parking space is very less for cars. way to reach to hotel go through tea garden that was very narrow.
I visited the hotel in the month February it was a honeymoon trip. The destination was excellent. The location was nice appearance was good, booking and front office staff's were very friendly and it was an online and there was no delay in check in and checkout. Wi-Fi facility was not available and indoor and outdoor facility was not available food was average as I don’t like the buffet system and room was clan and spacious and all amenities was working properly. I want to suggest the hotel to other traveller to try the hotel once.
