Terrible service because there is no water or glasses are please before we cheak in. But have a good venue to stay night over there. Should take care about the bathroom they are breaking. Taps are not working properly and main thing water heater in my room was also not working properly. And disturbing atmosphere calling for breakfast again and again. When said I will order then it's clear that. I m able toh take breakfast when I need.

The overall experience was good. The service was also good. It was an official trip. I stayed there for one night. I didn't face any problem to reach the hotel. I had gone there from my own car. The parking place was spacious. It was easily located. The location was very good and natural. The staff behaviour was very good. They attend my request on the night two O’clock. The check-in and check-out was not delayed. The interior appearance was good. It was a forest kind of interior. I like the bathroom cleanliness. The room was spacious. All the amenities were working properly. The food quality was good. I taste the normal food. I took the food from room service. I don’t have any suggestion for the hotel improvement. I definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers and already recommend it to my friends. My advice for other travellers is if you want to live a good and natural life, this was a good hotel.
We visited Udaipur within the first month of our Marriage. Having heard about Udaipur for beautiful lakes, greenery and scenic location of Rajasthan, Udaipur filled all our expectations with most enjoyable experiences. We had planned our trip to be a budget vacation with minimal expenditure. But our destiny befriended us with very good friends while on our way to Udaipur from Delhi. On our way, we planned together to search for an ideal budget location to stay, but then we ended up at Aravali Tent Resort. The place was referred to our friends we met in bus by someone they knew in Udaipur. Aravali Tent Resort was not a budget hotel, but when we went to the location, the peaceful green surroundings, clean and very well maintained Tents compelled us to try the novel experience of vacationing in the tents itself rather going some other places. Our one night stay in the tents gave the most unforgettable experience and a novel beginning for trip we had planned to other places in Rajasthan. Very well maintained, value for money. The location was well suited. The surrounding environment was also very good. It provided Great feel and experience inside the tents. LCD TVs, AC, Fan, attached Bathroom (Furnished & Tiled) with hot water. And the best of all was the Cool fresh air throughout the night that was so refreshing that the next morning we awoke with the best feel of freshness and energy. Hospitality was very good, Only one problem was that of mosquitoes. But the resort had taken care of that by providing Mosquito Repellent and Coils/Liquids. Only the food was not very exceptional, but we would say that within such excitement of beautiful greenery and refreshing moments of night sleep, it tasted excellent. As we did, perhaps the company of holidaymaker friends would certainly add cheese to the fun of such ideal vacation. The next holiday would certainly be as exciting as we enjoyed this time if not more. We would try to go with more family friends and perhaps we shall start our next Rajasthan trip the way we did this time.
The hotel is located in the middle of the city such that one could easily access the various tourist spots in and around the city. Hotel location is near City palace, Lake Pichola, and near 8 - 9 more points of Udaipur. Hotel Management is good, helpful and attentive. Rooms are nice, clean. Rooms gives a flavour lovely desi style. Rooms have heaters and hot water facility. Stay was comfortable. Rooms are cosy. However, would request hotel management to have little more powerful heaters for chill winters. Breakfast was average, however many options. Hotel has nice garden & lawn in front of every tent room. They have made tree houses in lawns very nice place. They had arranged hookah and bonfire. However, their charge for bonfire in winter was little expensive. Nonetheless, the location is beautiful and you could easily get to the hotel from railway station.
I have traveled in Rajasthan from 06.12.2013 to 17.12.2013, which includes Jaipur, Bundi, Chittor, Udaipur, Mt Abu, Jaisalmer and Jodhpur. The best place to see Udaipur and its surrounding and the best place to stay Aravalli tent resort where I stayed with my family from 10.12.13 to 12.12.13.the Gulab bagh, lake Pichola, Doodh talai , city palace, Bagor ki haveli, shopping centre were all within walking distance, completely safe, excellent tent with ac ,geyser ,modern toilet, very good, tasty and cheap food, and exceptionally good service, in the garden of the king live royally with very warm service of Vikram.
My trip to Udaipur was for site seeing and pass some quality time with family. The Aravalli Tent Resort was ideal for that purpose. Living in a tent was a new experience for my family. The canvas material of tent looked old but was tough from inside and was well decorated. Service was a bit poor, but the staff managed to satisfy us with their behaviour. The area was open and wide amidst woods, ideal for eco-tourists. Got good service from Mayank, who took care of all sight seeing and visit to Chittorgarh and Haldighat. For other tourists who want to visit Udaipur, I strongly advice to stay here if with friends and family, even good for those who just need some solitude. Lake Pichola is a 5 minutes drive and railway station 10-15 minutes. The friendly Dalmatian pet is another attraction of the resort. There is no swimming pool yet. Food is medium but the cook is capable of doing better if you specify your choice. It is too calm after sunset, but no worry for the residents of any unsocial activities.
