Ranked 70 of 1172 hotels in Manali
This is an wonderful hotel surrounded by hilly region and a cool place. The rooms in this hotel are wooden made which gives more beauty and attraction to this place. The hospitality was amazing as the service is very fast and quick. The lady at the counter was so creative that she teaches everyone how to make best out of waste articles. If you see the lobby band rooms you will be able to see those best out of waste articles across the hotel. The best thing is food as a food lover can enjoy tasty light home-made-like meals over here. If you are planing to visit here visit during winter season as in the presence of snow this place looks more beautiful than it looks.
We have visited Manali for our family leisure trip during Nov 2015 and stayed at Hotel Byke Neelkanth. It was really awesome stay in Manali. We have enjoyed each and every minute of our stay. Most of the part of hotel is built up with special type of wood which looks very nice.We could see a beautiful mountain view from our room.We are fortunate enough to see snow on the mountains.Staff at reception desk was very co operative and courteous. One special things we could find in this hotel was paper craft articles in the restaurant.Plate holders, different types of lamp sheds, table mats were made of paper which was very nicely made.Hot water which is basic thing in was available 24 hrs (thanks to Solar heating system) This hotel is situated near Nagar road approx 3 kms from main bust stand.Without vehicle you can't go to this place. We couldn't find any good restaurants nearby this hotel, but the restaurant in Byke Neelkanth is very good.Food quality was fantastic and they have served us homely and tasty food (less spicy and without any artificial color). Overall experience was wonderful.
We had our stay in Byke Neelkanth in last week of March 2015. The resort was good and it is nearly 2. 5 km away from the mall road. We had reached the resort at around 12 am in the night after a long drive from Shimla. I am really grateful to the staff for their hospitality that even in the midnight they were ready with the food we ordered. The staff was very courteous. In the restaurant, Punjabi food was good though a little bit costly. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The ambiance was also very good with wooden interiors. The views from the window was awesome, we can see the snow covered mountains from the window. The Hadimba temple is the nearest spot to visit. With all this, I would like to end saying that - It was indeed a memorable stay in The Byke Neelkanth. Had great fun and enjoyed with family.
The hotel was located in the city. The ambience of the hotel was fine. The room was not neat and clean. The amenities were not up to the mark in the room. The service of the hotel was good. I would suggest this hotel to provide more amenities in the room.
Location of the hotel was good but the staff there was not good. Service was too delayed there. Manager was also having the same attitude. Overall services were worst there. It was located nearby Club Mahindra. There was delay in check in. Appearance wise, it was old. Room was just simple. Room was small there and it was not good. Bathroom was not clean. They charged extra for the room heater. Hot water was available there. View was available from there. All the amenities were working properly. I stayed there for 2 days. They did not clean the room daily. I had food from there it was worst. In front of the hotel there was Dhaba and its food was much better. Price was very reasonable outside. Inside food was too costly. No activity was there. Parking area was there but the way to the parking was too narrow. We had our own car for sightseeing. Overall, Manali as a destination is excellent. Hotel's location was good. Appearance wise, it was worst. Reception services were not good there. Food was also worst. I visited there in December 2014. Nobody visit to this hotel.
