It is centrally located, stayed here for a night and had a pleasant one. Room service was on time. The Room was a bit Smaller but very neat. We didn't enjoy the pool as it was too cold. Staff was friendly and courteous. The Spa section was very nicely maintained and Spa service was also good.
The overall service of the hotel was very good. The food was very good in the hotel. There was no activity arranged by the hotel. The check in and checkout was done on time at the hotel. The hotel was located in the city. The complimentary food was provided in the hotel.
Almost 60 odd year old centrally located property but in good shape and well maintained. The staff here are very polite but seemed amateurish. Food (Indian food) is manageable; not that remarkably good.

Overall ambience and landscaping is good
The hotel is located close to South Delhi but away from maddening crowd and traffic. The moment you enter the hotel lobby you are greeted by warm staff and expansive lobby and an ambience which makes your feel that you are on a holiday. The overall ambience and landscaping is good. I stayed in a room facing the internal courtyard. The rooms are big and neatly maintained. The washroom is of decent size but the only problem was bathroom door which refused to lock. Though I visited the hotel in peak summers, the air conditioning was good enough to keep you cool inside the room as well as in the common areas. The hotel swimming pool was a major attraction. It is built in such a way that you get a view of Aravallis forest and landscape. The staff at the pool was courteous and helpful. Both me and my family had a lovely time at the pool. The food at their Indian restaurant was nice but I wish they could have more varieties in their menu. over all the experience was nice and would love to come to the property again.
Boutique beauty with all amenities
The Claridges on Aurangzeb Road in Lutyens Delhi a boutique hotel at an excellent location. Stones throw from Khan Market and very close to Connaught Place. A lot of dine out options a short drive away. The hotel itself is a cozy set up and always makes me feel at home. The rooms are newly done up and are beautiful and comfortable. The swimming pool is a bit small and not all that private as the rooms overlook the pool. The breakfast buffet spread is quite limited but they attend to specific requests and will get you items outside the buffet as well. The staff is one of the most courteous I have experienced.

Very luxurious hotel with great facilities
Just last month I stayed in The Claridges hotel and it was a fabulous and world class hotel with luxurious facilities, and it was a awesome stay in this hotel. Hotel looked classy and rooms were highly luxurious, had very good facilities and and there were all modern equipments in my room. Service and hospitality they provided was very good and hotels staff was very courteous. Food was very high quality and had nice variety and quality was good. A nice hotel.
We stayed at this hotel as part of our corporate yearly retreat in August 2012 and we need to admit that the place was really fantabulous! Far away from the maddening crowd of Delhi, this place is situated right on the outskirts, in Surajkund, which is about an hour's drive from the main city. The majestic exterior was the window to an equally royal interior! The food, amenities provided, facilities arranged for the group, everything was excellent! Totally worth the money paid!
