The Experience of staying in this Hotel was Awesome. The staff was very polite & mannered. Good & very quick room service.The roof top restaurant is great. The Food is awesome except north Indian breakfast....( you have many other options). Buffet is served in breakfast & dinner. It is very hygienically prepared.

Best Experience: The Super deluxe room was very spacious ,facing river side. Comfortable for a small family & a couple.The best part staying here was its delicious food. Both Mughlai & Chinese dishes were good .It is situated bang on the Riverside , Though there is no lawn or garden ( as it is situated on the road side) , but location is very good as it is very close to the main market, very convenient to do all your shopping & late evening walks & coming back to room without having any conveyance issues.

Worst Experience: Not any I could think of , except the Recreational room for the children\'s is not been functional , It is kept closed & all the games & kids stuff is lying in dirt.Hope they repair all those games ,toys & open it for the kids to enjoy as there is no extra activities for the children to do in the hotel than to watch Television.

It was just a normal stay, not bad nor nice nor better nor best...

Best Experience: Only Food was good there, not good but delicious :)

Worst Experience: First of all, room was not alloted on First-Come First-Serve Basis, we arrived at 8 in morning and were given room at 12.30 (default check-in time is 12.00 although), but people who arrived at 10.00/11.00 were given the same type room at that moment only.... Secondly, there is no time for hot water supply. They say it comes till 9.00 AM only and the families checking in at 12.00 must live without hot water that day. Thirdly, staff is disorganized and for every task they say \'sir thodi der mein ho jaega...\' and their \'thodi der\' I doesn\'t get how much time it is.....

a good hotel to stay at if the food is taken outside the hotel.
