They need to change their WiFi Service

Posted 18 Dec, 2016

We have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We decided to book this hotel as it has got good brand name and nice reviews. We visited the place and the front desk was in a hurry to send us to our room. They did not tell us about the inclusions and the WiFi in our package. However as we were aware of our package, this did not bother us much. But the thing that bothered us all the three days was their WiFi. It did not work for all the three days. We have also the concerned person for same, he changed some phone setting but could not connect even single device from our 3 Mobile devices. What is the use of saying complementary WiFi when it is not working. Had that been a rare case for a day, we would have accepted that. But clearly it was the most useless thing of the Hotel. The other things such as the appearance, Entrance, Lobby of the hotels were good. The rooms were big and spacious. It had all the necessary fixtures. The bed was comfortable and quilt were clean and comfortable. The best thing I found was their centralized device controlling all electrical items in the room. Only it's clock was showing wrong time. The room had mini bar as well. The washrooms were clean and had sufficient toiletries. Further they were prompt in and shortfall. The service was also good, the staff were courteous and prompt in their response. Everyone following the standards and codes of a star rated restaurant. We have used their restaurant Conversation - restaurant at 1st floor and Juaan the roof top restaurant. We liked both the restaurant especially Juan. The food served was good in taste and sufficient in quantity. Overall our experience was good. It would have been better if the WiFi would not have created trouble for us. We wasted 2 hours for it.

Fantastic, quiet and enjoyable stay at Jaipur

Posted 28 Mar, 2015

I stayed in this hotel in Jan 2015 as I had been to Jaipur as a part of my Official tour. I have stayed here earlier also, one year back. The hotel is ideally located, very near to Airport and also near to the city. The front office appearance is like more than a five star hotel. The check-in and check-out was without any delay and very smooth. The rooms are great, neat and tidy, well furnished and arranged, great job by the team. The wash rooms are even more clean and tidy and all accessories are fresh and neat. The restaurant lay out was very good. Lot of tasty food. You have your choice of food. The assistants in the restaurant are very helpful. The food was very tasty and I enjoyed very much. The stay was good, quiet atmosphere. Overall It was a great experience for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who want a fantastic, quiet and enjoyable stay at Jaipur.

Perfect stay, hotel is quite close to the airport

Posted 12 Nov, 2015

Stayed here 5 days back on a short trip with family, hotel is quite close to the airport, 2 kms. 4 kms from the railway station. Being at the tonk road, visited Birla Mandir and Raj Mandir cinemas this time finally, 7 to 9 km from the hotel. Talking about the hotel, doesn't need to tell you much as my ratings may suggest how luxurious and to perfection overall services are, though little higher on budget but absolutely reasonable comparing with relaxation it provides by in house bar, swimming pool, elevator, restaurant etc. Do stay here for an royal experience.

Enjoyable experience with fantabulous hospitality

Posted 21 Nov, 2014

We stayed in this hotel called THE FERN just for a day and overnight, but must say the experience is good . First and foremost the hospitality of the staff starting from the gate itself is fantabulous. They escort you to the room and it is the unique thing we experienced. And while you enter you see impressive interiors is built in a rectangular orientation rather than straight. Room is clean and a mix of antique and modern style with all the facilities. The mini bar is chargeable, though it is free at many places. All Boutique toiletries were there which I liked. The pool upstairs is really a good experience and the discotheque downstairs gathers cool crowd. Location is very accessible with all cool places nearby. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Nice rooms & awesome service

Posted 3 May, 2016

My first experience with Fern. Beautiful small property and nicely done interiors. Rooms are nice and cosy. Service is awesome too. Breakfast spread is limited but good. Overall, a good place to stay, may it be business travel or personal. Always check for a free room upgrade. Front desk will be happy to help you and bring a smile to your face.
