The worst hotel stay I ever paid for, no Wi-Fi, dirty sheets, stinking room, no water supply, complained many times. Please ask them to service everything before guests check-in. I want a full refund for the dissatisfactory service.
Very cost effective and liked the fact that saved a lot of money while the stay was comfortable at this clean property among the few good options of business hotels at Jodhpur. Definitely will repeat if travel for work or with family. These guys only have few food options that's one minus
Decently built and maintained property and as per their ratings maintaining the service levels too. Restaurant services need to be improved - buffet is exemplary, kudos to the team - however a-la-carte needs drastic improvements (taste and portion size both).
Room no. 503 facing Ummaid Palace gave a fantastic view in night with fully illuminated palace. Lobby staff is very helpful, specially Rahul & Sajan. They are very courteous too. Breakfast time service is slight poor. Wake up call missed. When caught then staff telling, sir, my apologies.
Very good hotel at very good price point through makemytrip. Nice food in this hotel and hotel service is very good. Roof top restaurant is mind blowing. Overall, this hotel good at this deal. This is my first experience of Makemytrip.
Very poor service, it is a 4 star hotel & service as poor from single star hotel. I am advised not to stay further. Breakfast is not upto mark, only good thing in hotel is front office staff.

One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in this category. Amazed with the tech used overall in the lobby and rooms. Breakfast as compared to it should be way to better. Serious improvement required in the restaurant and the breakfast overall. Room service is kinda loose too. Overall for the price and the room 4 out of 5 stars.
Room no. 709 facing Ummaid Palace gave fantastic view in night with fully illuminated palace. 9th floor roof top restaurant food was tasty. Specially floor staff Fauja Ram and Restaurant manager Amit was courteous.
Overall the hotel is very good. It is 2. 2 km from Jodhpur station. The room, the washroom, the morning breakfast everything was very good. Only the front office was very poor. They don't know how to behave with the customers. The lift service is slow. Leaving these two things, the hotel is awesome.
