Value for Money

5.4/7
Posted 12 Jul, 2014

We stayed at the Manali Lodge for a week in June. We had booked two rooms with balconies. The property is near DPS School on way to Hidimba Temple, away from the traffic and noisy town. The lodge is a small property, very neat and clean. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, bathrooms were clean. Garden was full of beautiful roses. The view from our balconies was heavenly. It is an excellent place to stay if you want to get away from your busy city life. The staff was very courteous and polite and quick too. The choice of food was not much but it was tasty and reasonably priced too. In short it was value for money. I Would love to stay there again .

Helpful staff and awesome place to relax

4.5/7
Posted 29 Jun, 2015

We stayed in Manali Lodge in the second week of Feb'15. The area of the inn is marvelous with an astounding perspective. The rooms are clean, open and agreeable. Staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Because of Mr. Ravi, we were moved up to a first floor visitor room which has a superior perspective. Sustenance is sensibly great and administration is brief. Area pointers or signboards along the course could be a smart thought for first time visitors. I should clearly suggest this spot as an outright esteem for cash.

Very comfortable stay; food can be improved

5.6/7
Posted 25 Sep, 2014

The approach of the hotel from Manali centre is a bit tedious job to do. No signboards at all and it are easy to miss it. Kitchen department can definitely improve over lunch and dinner but breakfast was excellent. Otherwise the stay was very comfortable with a decent staff and wonderful view from the rooms.

Cozy place to stay

5.3/7
Posted 5 Jan, 2014

My friends and I stayed there several when we visited North India for our relaxing both in spring and winter with the different view, orchard or snow cap mountain It locates at a good view point in a mountain not that far from Hadimba Temple (5 minutes walk) and main road to mall/market (15 minutes walk). Or we could ask hotel staff to call taxi for us anytime The lodge was fully furnished with comfy bed in a carpet room, TV, heater, hot/warm water except hair dryer. We used our own essentials -liquid soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. Towels and linen were clean. The room was clean also in the central area/lobby. Corridor/ stairs and terrace as I saw housekeeper cleaned the floor everyday. All staff were very kind and helpful. They served us all the best they can provided like we stayed at home. The lodge also has the restaurant, but it'd better if you tell them in advance if you want to order any food especially in winter time. Another restaurants locate along the way to mall road then it's not difficult to find anything to eat I would recommend the lodge to anyone who find the place to stay in Manali, very reasonable price.

Small hotel with spacious rooms, awesome food

5.4/7
Posted 26 Sep, 2014

I went for my honeymoon. Manali lodge has one of the best views in Manali. The location is little distant from the Mall road and hence it is away from all the hush and rush of Manali. It has courteous staff and good service. The food is awesome and the rooms are spacious. It is a small and serene hotel.

Very good hotel with large spacious rooms

For a honeymoon trip. Very good hotel with large spacious rooms. Food was awesome. But a little far from Manali town. The view outside the room was awesome. There was heavy snowfall there. A very romantic place. But there was a problem with electricity due to snowfall.

Excellent stay at The Manali Lodge

6.8/7
Posted 29 Sep, 2014

This hotel was the perfect hotel to stay at Manali with outstanding services, a beautiful snow laden hill view from the room. Most importantly, it is far from the crowd. The rooms were too big and clean. They also arranged Taxi for visiting Snow point, Solang valley at a very reasonable price. I compared the prices from local taxi owners which was asked more. I recommend this hotel and would prefer to stay in my next visit.
