We upgraded an executive room, which was spacing and very comfortable and the bathroom was large with a bath and a separate shower his and her sinks, a toilet within a separate robes and slippers. A very comfortable bed and first comfy pillows. Extremely clean and well maintained areas and excellent breakfast choices, very helpful and friendly staff and I want to came here again and again.

I stayed in this hotel on two occasions, once in Apr 14th and the second in Jul 14th. On the first occasion the room was given to me was not upto the mark. However on my next stay they had upgraded my room so it was good. Since the hotel is close to my office I chose to stay there again. Dinner was included in my package and on both occasions and it was a buffet which was not upto the mark. On the first occasion it was in the Restaurant Puran Da Dhaba which was pathetic. On the second occasion it was in the coffee shop which was average (luckily Puran Da Dhaba was closed for renovation). The staff is not friendly and co-operative. In breakfast (which was a buffet) I asked for any fresh juice and they said they can give me Sweet lime (Mosambi) but that would be bitter. Donít understand how can a hotel (which claims to be five stars) not make proper sweet lime juice. I asked for ala carte instead of a buffet in dinner but it was flatly refused. I had to take the routine buffet as I had taken dinner in my package.

No problems finding the hotel, know the city very well. It's near the railway station, but it has now become slightly difficult to get conveyance from there. There is a bus stand close by as well. It looks okay from outside and inside. Well-maintained rooms and wash rooms. The food in the dhaba restaurant inside is not satisfactory. In the Casablanca restaurant on the ground floor, it's okay. All amenities worked fine inside the room.

I stayed in The Pride, Pune for two days in the month of August. Hotel in terms of appearance and hospitality is bang on, the staff is welcoming and makes you feel at home. Services in terms of availability of facilities is where I found certain hiccups, for instance being a reputed hotel a very important asset that is wifi was not available for free even though the charges of the stay are pretty moderate to say the . Morning breakfast has variety in terms of offering and the rooms are comfortable.

Food was good, nice options in buffet. Nice place for a laid out meal with your family. The service was really very nice and the ambiance is equally decent. The types of curry they serve is really amazing and worth a try. The price however, is a little higher in comparison with other places in the similar segment. Overall, a good place for a quiet meal with family and friends.

Visited this hotel many times and my last visit was in July. This is old but good hotel in heart of city, excellent service. Good breakfast, free airport pickup. Co-operative staff, overall good experience and value for money.

The rooms are good, enough space. Unfortunately Wi-Fi is not free how I would expect from such high class hotel. Not too much International channel special for movie. Wi-Fi 24 hours cost 600 INR + tax. Buffet restaurant is good and food as well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the place to everyone.

This is a decent, mid-range (far from 5-star) property. The lobby and restaurant are attractive, the upstairs hallways and rooms less so. Carpets are worn, lighting is dim, bathroom fixtures need replacing, and so on. Our bathroom had almost no ventilation, leading to extreme mirror fogging and oppressive humidity.

In fact, we often found the temperature in the room to be hot, even as we reduced the thermostat to a low setting (and this was in early January - not a hot time of year). To some degree, though, these deficiencies are countered by a strong service attitude on the part of staff and management. Whenever we asked for something, it was delivered quickly and with a smile. Room service is a bargain - prices are fairly low, and the food is good.

I traveled with my family in May month. It was my honeymoon trip. Mahabaleshwar place is nice for travel. Location was good. Inner and outer look of the hotel was beautiful. I booked my room directly. Booking and front office was careful and cooperative. Services were below average. Rooms were neat and clean. TV, geyser and other basic amenities were available. I preferred my food from outside. Indoor and outdoor activities were not available. It is a recommendable hotel for travelers.

The hotel is not worth the money because the same facilities we can get with other hotels for less price. Bathrooms are good and hot water is available all the time. Reception behaviour is good. They know how to welcome the guest. Good hospitality.
South Indian food we will not get there. Dhaba inside the hotel with singers is excellent.

In a city that is at the same time the cultural and the IT capital of Maharshtra, a hotel that combines signatures of both to give a traveller an authentic feel of the city without burning a big hole in the pocket is hard to find. The Pride Hotel in Pune achieves this feat quite easily though.

The hotel is a quick drive from the train station and not all that arduous a journey from the airport either. Located in proximity to all that is old and new ? Deccan, Shivajinagar and the IT hotspot of Hingewadi, this hotel acts as the single stop for all reasons that you might visit Pune for. And it highlights the heritage of the city as much as it uses modernity as its baseline to let the traveller experience all that Pune stands for. The hotel actually has suites named the Jaipur Suite and the Peshwa Suite to give you a taste of royalty ? befittingly indeed in the city that Shivaji Maharaj ruled from, while another suite is named the Celebrity Suite if you would like to enjoy luxury more modernly. These suites are truly worth paying a visit to even if you cannot stay in all of them at the same time just to see the elegance teeming through.

On a more functional tone are the Deluxe and the Superior rooms with splendid facilities including high-speed Internet.

If you are hopping by Pune sometime soon and need a place that personifies the city ? a modern face with a traditional soul, do pick the Pride Hotel. It will not disappoint.

Best Experience: The Deluxe rooms are more modern in design and rather smartly decorated. All the rooms come with the pamperings that luxury hotels offer and include electronic safe deposit vaults. A lovely Breakfast spread is included in the tariff and for people like me who enjoy a lavish Breakfast spread, it is just the thing to start the day well with.

Of course the other meals are equally well taken care of no matter what your food preference. One can eat sumptuous North Indian food at Puran Da Dhaba or have a nice continental dinner at Casablanca, both offering great ambience and lovely d?cor to add to the enjoyment of having good food. There is also the Xtasy bar with its brickwork interior, which I thought was quite quaint.

Worst Experience: Worst part was i wanted to extend my stay and could not as all the rooms were full.
