I had a booking from make my trip but once we reached the hotel they said they have not recieved any confirmation from mmt and told me to contact the mmt yourself. For surprising waiting time to mmt contact centre was mpre then 45 Mins and woth three calls wast not able to connect. they offered a normal room.with higher tariff and i had to accept as there was no other option and unfortunately one of my family member was npt feeling well amy ve the hotel guy had taken advantage of that. then for surprising they refused for food in the room as thy were having high occupancy but some how thanks to a guy he told me sir you told me the order and i will delover it in your room. they ad bone fire to arrange a table theu took more then an hour and they dont serve snacks after 9 Pm.as they have to maage dinner. After 10:30 u will not get anything to eat. So overall they spoiled the trip but morning we went out for an walk and the view of himalya was fascinating we loved that and moved down to bhimtal there we enjoyed at mountain club resort.
