The booking process was a pleasure. Having been in touch with them for over 6 months, they were gracious enough to give me the last years package rates for this May. Thanks to the Air India pilots strike, we could only leave the next day and hence the trip was cut short by a day. The car was there as promised at the airport and in just 10 minutes we were at the resort. Nice welcome mocktails & smiling faces greeted us. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The resort located amidst a forest of trees and plants, is small and hence the service is quite personalised. They have a clean and well maintained pool and a spacious bar cum restaurant. Every part of the resort has been meticulously designed and maintained. Excellent Indian and continental food, with much care taken to use the right ingredients, though the rates are slightly on the higher side. Overall it is good value for money. Surprisingly there is no room service, which was a bit of a let down. Though the resort is not on the beach, it is just a small walk away and the beach surprisingly was neat and clean. The location is superb, as we had the beach more or less to ourselves, with very little crowd. They have an associate Joet\'s who runs a small restaurant-cum-bar right on the beach and a wide selection of food & drinks are available here at slightly lesser prices. They have a games room with a pool table, wide screen TV and internet. Overall, we got more than what we expected and I have no hesitation in recommending this place to discerning travellers who would like to have a more personalised and enjoyable vacation away from the crowds.

Best Experience: Excellent food, friendly staff eager to please and superb ambience. The sight-seeing visit was organised very well and we had an excellent time. The choice of food was very good and the Executive Chef Shijil was not only a charming conversationalist but very accomodative to many of our requests....after all food is a very important ingredient in a holiday especially with kids.Their bar churns out some novel cocktails & mocktails.

Worst Experience: None......but room service would have added to the pleasure

This is the best place to stay in Goa, most of my family and friends have been and just love the place...personally i would not want to stay anywhere else...love it ...also just love Joets ....love the poeple, love the place, love Goa.

Worst Experience: ah............the only thing is that het don\'t have room service,but thats good for ur privacy

Great resort with excellent / tastefull rooms, mostly clositered around a decent sized pool. It\'s a 3 minute walk to the Bogmalo beach. But the resort caters predominantly to foreigners and one got the feeling that perhaps India\'s are not particularly welcome or expected.

Best Experience: The organise interesting evenings at the resort or at the beach (at their other hotel, Joets) and Valentines was paticularly charming. also since the rooms are close to the pool it\'s especially useful if one has kids and they could be in the pool and parents could be lounging right outside their rooms keeping an eye on them.

Worst Experience: Nothing was particulary bad, except all the special attention seemd to be showered on long statying western guests

We were stranded at he airports thanks to Air Deccan and were looking for accomodation when we chanced upon this wonderful resort. One look at the room, the view and the restaurant made us fall in love with this place. Cocunut Creek is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle and the famous beaches of Goa, but the opinion one gets is that this isolation was engineered by the developers and the architect. The architect and the developer have given so much attention to every small detail you feel like they have built themselves a resort......hats off to you ladies gentlemen. The service was amazing, pool relaxing and the beach exhilarating You have to see this place to believe my words......if you do you will fall in lve with it :)
