hotel is a very good hotel and food was very good…room was really very spacious….It was a good service….staff was really friendly…

Excellent ! place to live in, every year would prefer Sea Gate
Best Experience: Had a small kid and the staff co-operated for every small things required

MY overall Experience was good.I enjoyed Staying at Resort.
Best Experience: My kid enjoyed a lot playing in the Park
Worst Experience: Room Service was Poor.since i went to Velankanni on Pongal Hoiliday.Person taking of Room Service took leave on Pongal Holiday.Seagate Couldn't Manage the Customer Requirement.Front Office People attended the Phone Call from Resorts Rarely.

"Good hotel, food can be better"

The experience was overall good in the resort, staff were approacable....food could have been better, i can describe my feeling......in a beautiful garden (service) a small insect found to distrub u (food), the overall atmosphere was good.
Best Experience: Outside my cottage a garden with a small pond, which refreshed my mind.
Worst Experience: no worst experience
