Bundela Jungle Lodge Reviews

The hotel Bundela jungle lodge, as expected was good enough to stay at leisure. but the only drawback was the scarry path fom our room to the restaurant during dinner time and the lights were not turned on making it difficult for children to come out of the room and walk down to the restaurant. still i would recommend people to visit this hotel because not only the food and comfy rooms were excellent, the staff and front office were very decent helping and very humble.

Our stay was excellent. The rooms are really good. The hotel staff took good care and arranged our forest trips well.

The rooms were very well designed, very clean with good amenities and good service. We had a \'kingfisher\' suite which has a nice outdoor bench at the entry, an alcove inside, a balcony as well as a private machan. the bathroom is large with an indoor as well as an outdoor shower. The resort has a cute swimming pool and decent restaurant.

Best Experience: The service was very good. room service and house keeping was responsive. Someone came with pool towels as soon as we got into the pool.

Worst Experience: The food was ok. We were not given an option to order meals and were required to have the buffet. their kitchen was possibly not equipped to manage both the package buffet as well as other orders. Since dinner and lunch the next day were practically the same menu, it got boring. we were able to order snacks and breakfast which was much better than their buffet. We found the beverages to be a bit overpriced compared to the place and other food.

Very Good we got to see two tigers for full 40 minutes playing and walking with each other it their full glory so it was one of the most satisfying experience.

Best Experience: The resort is good , its new the staff is very co-operative but they are a bit inexperienced like this is one of very few resorts who have TV with satellite connection in room, but the tata sky package they had taken was may the lowest so even when the resort co had spent a lot buying TVs and STbs and dishes the staff forgot renew the connections. The food was very good, excellent preparation but the spread could have been better but i guess food is more than satisfying so no complaints. The rooms are good and comfrtable but do not go for twin bedded options the beds are so small(width wise) you may fall ask for one double bed instead. Staff is more than willing to help you with extra beds nice house keeping.

Worst Experience: The resort is really inside its almost 2 Kms from main road inside a jungle no vehicles for to and fro even for smalles need ne has to call a geep which will set you back by some Rs 150. None else except my kids howling at me for not able to watch all TV channels even with a TV and set top box in room.
