"Nice experience"

The hotel has a very good rooms with excellent tea garden view. The staffs were very polite and helpful. The food was up to the mark . The staff goes out of the way to make your stay memorable. A real great place to stay with family and friends . I strongly recommend this one to all.......

Place was very nice to visit and ease of commuting to other places and very kind people & overall a very good experiance.

Best Experience: Hospitality & avaliblity of what you need & no language problem..

it was the worst experience i hv ever had in this hotel.

Overall it was very good, I scared after seeing the trip adviser reviews, i have booked through my friend`s travel agency.But really we enjoyed there,rooms were tidy,service was very friendly,they instructed to see the tea museum.. that was ow some experience.Thanks for munnar castle..

Best Experience: homely food, the service was nice,green carpet munnar,nice breeze with herbal touch.

Worst Experience: road condition was bad while go to Madurai.

actualy we are Gujarati and very fond of Buttermilk... we tried To find it in munnar but we Became fail but With your delivered our this Demand and make us Happy with our Original Drink with Dinner That is " Buttermilk" so we are very Pleasured..
