Ginger Hotel Reviews

The hotel is a huge disappointment. We took a standard room which was tiny and badly designed . The effect was that of sleeping in a cluttered cupboard. The light switches for example are hidden under a table and moving around was difficult. You are expected to bring your own toiletries but there wasnt even a soapdish or a cup to put your toothbrush in in the bathroom. Towels were frayed and a tap was broken.The shower had soap spilled on the floor and the paper cup in the room had a long hair in it .Even a basic hotel should be clean .Although I have to say that the housekeeping staff responded promptly to my complaints The hotel is really expensive for the very limited amenities and service that it offers .

Best Experience: The buffet breakfast was tasty and substantial .

Worst Experience: The whole experience was bad . I will not stay in a Ginger Hotel again.

Room Service & Cleanliness of Room, Staff behavier with customer as well as Food quality, Items of Food was very good. Furnishing of Room, Interirier was very excellent.
