The hotel is beautifully located, bang on the riverside. The best part is the sitout on the ground floor rooms having the river view. It's simply breathtaking making the experience an heavenly one. You feel as though you are visiting paradise on earth.

The hotel is overall good. Shows some signs of wear out due to age, otherwise this is a fantastic place to be in. Food is alright, but can be better for the ambience and star rating of the hotel.

Best Experience: When my child was hurt cycling around the lake, she developed a hairline fracture on her legs. The hotel took good warm care, assisted us in all possible ways including accompanying is to nearest hospital to see a doctor. Seeing that we were in no mood to continue our vacations, they allowed us to cut short the stay (in the peak season) and offered back full refund for the cancelled period. The gesture is highly appreciated.

Best Experience: The scenic beauty from the room is awesome, u will view the entire kodai lake, the rooms are very big, have huge gardens, also the spa service is great, for couples its the best place.

Worst Experience: Candle light dinner that they arrange is room is very simple and and nothing special about it... they dont decorate the room, and the ambience doesnt look so great..
