The hotel is certainly nice one. The best part is the location, it is near to the shore and offers a beautiful sea view. The rooms at the hotel are pretty good, well maintained. The food at the restaurant is nice but the service was very slow. The front desk reception was not that welcoming and the staff is not well trained but the hotel rooms and food was good. Also they have good water rides and mini water park which adds to the fun. My stay at the hotel was very satisfactory.

Worst Experience: Service is worst. The staff needs to be well trained to maintain basic hospitality etiquette.

Stay was pleasant. Prashant, the front office staff was eagerly waiting for our arrival.. surprised, with such reception, when in such holidays places, an India tourist is not wecome guest

Best Experience: the highlight was sea facing rooms, my family members were surprised... what a view.. clean rooms, staff were good and well mannered.. what they could do is lower the trariff in the restuarant

Hotel is very vast but there is shortage of staffs, i guess as it is not a metropolitan city. Hotel is located close to the sea shore. Staffs were very cordial and rooms were maintained well. Food also was good. There were few activities in the hotel but i guess they would shortly be implementing few more.

Best Experience: Staffs in the reception were very helpful.

I stayed here for one night, it was quite a good experience. Surroundings is not maintained well , as many foreigners will be visiting the place, they should have kept cleanly.Temple is very good , food was pretty decent but it was little expensive

Worst Experience: Surroundings of the hotel is very shabby & needs some maintenance badly

It was really an excellent experience.Parents liked the temple and kids enjoyed the beach and beach sports. I heard that this place is good for Sea food lovers too. Also, Gokarna was near so we went there too.

Best Experience: Beach and temple together. Both were really neat and clean.

Worst Experience: Website was showing less amount for the rooms with compare to booking in person.
