The hotel is close to the beach,& i got a wonderful view of the beach from my room.The rooms are well decorated & maintained very well. The food is awesome with authentic goan cuisine.

Best Experience: The location is awesome surrounded by beaches

The hotel is in stone throwing distance from Colva beach and located in the in the centre of Colva town beside the bus, taxi & auto stands. The hotel has standard facilities and has very prompt services and cordial behavior towards guests. I only unhappy with the food otherwise 'ALL WAS WELL'.

I ve gone to goa for my first honeymoon with my one & only (obviously ! ) wife. It was great expiriance of all, honymoon,, picnic, togetherness, stay, food as well as drinks. the colva residency is the too good for a lovely moments, you wish to share with your beloved one.

Worst Experience: Yes. It is. One & only. we , i & wife reach to hotel after a long journey of 16 hrs. At 6:00 am. Our booking was confirmed but hotel staff was not aware or they haven`t proper communication between them. It cause our 2 hrs. Of waiting in lounge. And that was the start of our honeymoon trip. but after this, our stay was really excellent.
