The hotel is on the main road very close to the Mall road. Main draw back is the hotel does not have valley view as it is on the main city road. The over all experience from the front office and service was good. Food was very good and service was also very good. Rooms were specious. Being a fortune hotel we expeected the room to be well decored and well furnished. But the same was not up to the mark. Much can be done on this front. T.T. and carrom were available for leisure.

Best Experience: Overall stay was comfortable except the following hitches.

Worst Experience: We had booked four rooms about three months prior. But only two good rooms were provided to us. other two rooms were in a very isolated corner away from these two rooms. The heaters provided in the rooms were not effective. The hotel has not provided Tea / Coffee makers in the rooms. For the sun rise at Tiger hills you have to get up at 3.00 A.M. In the chilling hours you dont get a cup of hot tea as the tea makers are not provided in the rooms and the coffee shop closed. Almost all the guests go to catch the sunrise at tiger hills. Even after many requests the hotel did not provide tea in the morning. The hotel management is least concerned about the guests who have paid so heavily for the stay. I have stayed in many fortune hotels all over India but never had such experience.

Best Experience: we like jain food but unfortunatly hotel is mix food food preperation But managment arrenged for us special jain food with kanikas restorent hall,& we enjoyed too much.

Worst Experience: The thing is only there is no lift to go up or down.wich is most worst.

Best Experience: Veg. Food was exellent; service was very personalized; hotel ambience was good; good location i.e. close to market & Mall Road

Worst Experience: No view - i.e. hotels at hill stations are expected to have good scenic view

Overall a fine experience and nothing bad faced. Nice time spent overall in the hotel.

Best Experience: The front desk was very nice, with beautiful view and great service at front desk. The restaurant was well maintained with nice food, good professional service.

Worst Experience: Rooms were not that good as compared to the hotel view. When you see the hotel you start expecting a lot from the hotel, but you dont get the rooms as good as you expect. I didnot like the rooms but were not too bad. Rooms not worth the money we pay.

The hotel is good & well maintained. However, the bathrooms need an uplift which I think is not possible as the hotel is an heritage property. Definitely needs proper ventilation. However, the rooms are very well maintained and the service is very good. Quality of food too is very nice. Location of the hotel is ideal as it just about 5 min walk from MG road.

Best Experience: Overall experience was very good!

Worst Experience: No complaints, except for the bathroom!
