The hotel is well situated in the city and provides all the basic amenities required by travellers coming to the city of hills and temples.
Best Experience: Well trained staff who provided me the support in booking for my river cruise and also trekking in hills which saved my time and also money.
Worst Experience: Delay in washed clothes by laundry team one day when I was to attend a seminar.

it was quite interesting overall, hotel is very close to shopping area or u can say it is in the heart of the city.
Best Experience: it was wonderful experience & stay was comfortable in all
Worst Experience: room services is quite slow
