The hotel is so modern with its facilities that it will not let you feel even for a moment that you are away from the big cities.

Best Experience: we really enjoyed the fun and stay with great food .

Worst Experience: the view is less than magnificient. In Gangtok, that means no Kanchenjunga view.

very good Sikim is full of natures paradise.U can visit sikkim round the year except July.July is rainy season.The most important tourist places are Kalingpong,Nathula,Changu lake,Baba Harbhajan Singh mandir,Pelling,Lachung,Lachen , zero point,etc.

The rooms and view from the club valley facing rooms were incredible. The rooms were spacious for my kid to play around on an eligently placed carpet on the floor which also protected us from cold floorings.. The room service was good and people were courtious. Casino was awesome experience. Although I lost some amount (not a lucky day!!) but was fun to be in.. Well there were casino games for kids too.

Worst Experience: Nothing really.. Probably the booking of the cabs from hotel were a costly affair for us.

The hotel is situated in a residential place with a narrow road, which is so inconvenient. But they help for transportation at the desk and gives us detailed information on every doubts. So responsible and pleasing attitude. Rooms need hot water service all through the day, nothing else to complaint. For entertainment they have so shows and casinos. A place to be visited in your holiday.

Best Experience: At the time of depature we were in a confusion, since there was a air strick on that day. The people at the Desk contacted Airport and helped us to reach port on time.

Worst Experience: On the way to Gangtok my daughter was sick and when reached hotel we were made to wait for quiet a long time before handing the key card.

The best thing about the hotel was the service. The service boys were very friendly and was quick in their service. The rooms were extremely neat and clean. There was a view point in the hotel which was very nice.

Best Experience: The room service and the maintenance of the hotel is the best i have seen
