The hotel is too good. We enjoyed variety of food in the best quality what we had. In that hotel their are lot of activities are there like Carum, Music show, Magic show etc..

Best Experience: We went this hotel in rainy season by our car. Suddenly on departure day we had suffered that our car wiper is not working. But the staff of that hotel help us a lot & next day someone of the staff repair the wiper temporary basis to atleast we reach the garage near Mahableshwar. That situation for us is very tence.So I thankful to them they help us a lot without single money.

Worst Experience: No worst experience at all.

The location is very good. The food offered is home type and with lots of variety. Mini bus is available to visit Mahabaleshwar lake and city twice a day, i.e morning and evening. Dinner is mostly offered outdoor in the open along with recreation like magic shows, or music and dancing etc.

Best Experience: Indoor games like table tennis, carrom etc are available. Tennis court isalso available tohave a few games to your liking. Swimming poolsfor adults as well as children of younger age are also available. The enviorement is very friendly and one enjoys the crowd, rather than seeking quietness.

Worst Experience: On our last visit there has been a renovation of the furniture, painting etc. One Deluxe room we had been offered was for one extra bed with couple. The extra bed was a sing sofacum bed which was uncomfortable. Recently we had informed the booking people in Mumbai about our last experience for which we were assured that extra bed shall be changed as required.

I had gone with my wife for a short 2 day trip here during late rainy season. We had done the hotel booking in advance through phone. Since, it was off season we got it for real good rates & also we wanted to stay in a hotel which was not in the market area. We took a cab from Pune airport as we were returning from Kerala. The Cab took us around 3 hours to reach the hotel. The hotel was nice & view great. Since we reached late in the evening the place was about to be taken over by mist with slight drizzle. The two day stay was good as the hotel was almost empty so we dint have to go through chaos which normally is the case during the season! ;) It also meant that that hotel staff paid complete attention towards our comfort. :) The rooms were clean & since we had taken a mountain view with balcony room it was perfect! The best time to visit the place is during August, if you are not so much into Strawberries ;) The place is beautiful with slight rain & mist. The hotel rates are cheap during this time & good service as well. You might not find the Strawberry gardens but you will be a quite cozy time, specially if you are going as a couple. If your going with family kids etc then there will not be much to do. Also, this place has nothing to do beyond 2 days, unless u plan to relax & take it easy in the hotel enjoying a cup of tea while the mist enters your room! Heaven! ;)

Best Experience: Since it was off season the rates across were very cheap. Also, due to same the roads were empty so you can drive at your own pace without having to bear the honking from the vehicle behind, which is the case during season. You will find hotel services better during off season as there are no too many guest at that time. The place is covered with mist especially during evening & early morning!!

Worst Experience: We had a wonderful stay so no bad experience.

It was a very Good Hotel, well located amidst mountains.Our Room was on the 2nd floor giving a very panaromic view of the stunning surrouding landscape of Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani. The food served was very delicious, mouth watering and awesome with nice varietes everyday. The Room was really very beautiful with nice interiors.

Best Experience: Morning Tea in the Balcony of our Room seated on resting lounge amidst beautiful climate, scenery and panaromic view.

hotel was decent very normal kind.later they told that done the road they have thier cottage which is barely 2 mins from main hotel.when we gone below to check the cottage it was fansatic the cottage and the view also. it was just placed on the peak of the mountain and the below valley view was simply amazing.we had fun stay at panchgani great place to visit in panchgani like table land,sydney point,amusement park, and many more.panchgani is a very quite place to stay not like mahableswhar which is now a days overly crowded.

Best Experience: the serive,rooms view all where fantastic.the rooms boy,bell boy,the receptionist all where great and very help full.nice hotel to stay.specialy the cottage rooms.
