The hotel is very good and the rooms are of some old times. The staff is very good and cooperative and food quality is also excellent. The only thing is that there service is very slow, may be because whetever they prepare, they prepare only when you give them order. Overall good experience

Very nicely built. As its a Heritage Property it gives you that Royal feel. We stayed at new rooms as the old traditional rooms does not have AC\'s. The rooms have very nice sitting space in front and the morning and evenings are very pleasant.

Best Experience: The food was exceptional. The best part was the serving which was ample. The greenary, the rooms and overall experience was quite good.

Worst Experience: The service is pathetic. One reason for this is the distance between pantry to the rooms which in itself take 5 mins to travel.

its located walkable distance from the market, overall look is good but your jaws drop when there is no or very lukeworm response from the staff.

Best Experience: as such there are none of activity areas but since we were in a group, playing games in small garden areas with kids did lift up our spirits !

Worst Experience: room services ! for me who is very frequent traveller it was one of the worst so much so that it took almost more than one hour for them to bring empty glasses let leave eatable part.

Exciting,Refreshing,and culturally a very fascinating experience.

Service is very poor in comparison to standards expected from a WelcomHeritage Hotel. Food & service of staff is below expected quality.
