The hotel was awesome and the location is just infront of the sea. The surrounding is giving a feel of Goa -II in Kovalam. I really enjoyed staying there.

Best Experience: The location of the hotel.Just in front of the sea. The manager and the service boy all are very helpfull. Almost every thing you can find near the hotel.

Worst Experience: The auto rickshaw guys and the shop keepers sell the producs at a very high price then that inside the city in trivandrum . Its because in this area almost all foreigners stay so the shopkeepers and the autorickshaw guys ask for almost double the charge for anything.

The hotel is located on Lighthouse Beach and is very clean & hygienic. Breakfast was served in the room as per the booking package. However, there is no room service facility, and one has to go out to the nearby eating places along the beach foothpath for having meals, etc. These eating places are very very expensive and full of pestering touts roping in customers. The overall experience with the hotel was very good, except that smiling faces were missing in the reception.

Best Experience: The doorman had a very smiling face and he safely kept my leather cap which I left unknowingly at the reception while going out for lunch. I regret paying him only Rs 10/- as tips while checking out because I did not have enough change. I loved the continental breakfast served by the cook right on time as requested. The cook did have a smiling face and was very cordial in his behaviour.

Worst Experience: Nothing of that sort.

The hotel is located on Lighthouse beach. This beach is south of Kovalam beach, nearly 5-6kms away. The beach is just about ok. Lots of seafood joints. The hotel is 30-40 mts from the beach. It is a good stay, nice clean rooms. Hotel does not have a proper restaurant. However there are many food joints all along the beach. Recommended for budget trips. We got value for money. No complaints.

THis is a very well situated hotel , straight on the beach and withihg easy reach to a night places, shops. It is a lay back, tranquile hotel with beautiful balconies and seaviews. We had a room with a view, spae room and balcony where the breakfast was served. They have internet service, very cheap. Staff is frindly and really nice people. It is a simple life where one have to adjust and make the best of it. But friendliness of all people: on the streets, restaurants, ets. -wins you over and makes one want to come again.

Best Experience: The best are mornings, when everybody comes to the beach to run, walk, watch the fishmen and sun rise. And evenings when everybody dress up, window shopping, eating on the seafront, watching sunset. trip to the backwaters was great: it\'s like VENICE. we had beautifully cooked lunch as well.

Worst Experience: First day we arrive through the back ,hilly rocky area and we thought all the resort like this. But the manager of the hotel was reassuring and was right.
