The hotel was good and maintained well, neat service but they can work on the food. The room alloted to us was good.

"Location of the hotel was..."

Location of the hotel was okay, but appearance could have been better. Front office was good. Room service and room facilities was very bad, we had to fight for everything and get it. Parking area was pathetic. Food was average.

The service was good in this hotel but the room I got was very small. I liked the food there.

They did not have a swiping machine. Normally big hotels should have a swiping machine and I felt a bit upset. Room was fine.

It was not good at all. They are understaffed. Same person is cook, waiter and bellboy. If one person is doing everything, guest will have trouble. There were no towels in the room when we entered. I will not recommend it. Food was good. Booked it through makemytrip, they said it was a delux room but I got an ordinary room. I told them, rooms were available but they did not bother.
