.Pleasant and friendly front desk staff, slow housekeeping, excellent food especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was good though the rolls and danish were bit stale both days.

Best Experience: Good midsized swimming pool, friendly and courteous front desk staff, restaurant team and swimming coach. .

Worst Experience: Use the WiFi at your own risk, had quite some work to bring my laptop back to be able to use when home.

As we decided to go to pondicherry, we werebusy surfing to the net looking out for a good accomadation with a good package. We were actually very happy to have got the resevation to Sunway-GRT grand. the booking was easy as well as the services and our stay in the hotel.

Best Experience: The rooms were very neat as well as food was really good

Worst Experience: we asked for the wireless connection in the hotel, but the existing staff didn\'t know how to operate and they didnt bother to make it available to us.. but the other services were actually very good

Overall, this is a very good place with spacious rooms, good ambiance, good food, front desk was courteous and efficient. Overall, a nice place to stay though a bit costlier.
