The hotel was on the mall road, but at a distant corner. It was a non descript building with not so good rooms - but the friendliness of staff and the good food they served took the impact off. They were great, the place was not.

Best Experience: Staff and Food - and yes the place itself - Shimla is a true blue hill station

Worst Experience: Nothing that bad to write home about.
