The hotl is very good and very near to TAL MAHAL. Excellent room and service is also good.

Worst Experience: far from rail station

The hotel is situated very close to Taj Mahal, The check-in was very smooth and the hotel provided us with entry tickets to The Taj Mahal.One can visit the Taj Mahal for a very long time or more number of time.The room service was very good. The restaurant and also the roof-top restaurent are very good. Food is nice and reasonable in cost. The water being of the boring , it was very hard water. There are no leisure activities. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Best Experience: The staff is very polite and courteous. They immediately arranged for the complementary entry tickets to the Taj Mahal.

Worst Experience: Nil, except the water, a universal problem in Agra.

No proper coordination between booking done online & available booking officer. we have to wait 1 hrs for check in.....

Best Experience: roof top restra was good with Taj view.

hotel taj plaza is located near the eastern gate, . we reached late in the evening but the next morning was a morning of awe. standing on the terrace we were witness to something hitherto unimaginable. etched in the sky the Taj emerged through the mist to hold us spellbound .

Worst Experience: none at all

Hotel is beautifully located to the best attraction of Agra, the Tajmahal. Hotel is clean but does not have a lift. Bathrooms have a tendency of seeping the water in to the room instead of going out through the drain. Hot water supply is ok, but the pipe lines and sprouts need cleaning. Not sufficient plug points inthe room to charge your electronic gadgets.

Best Experience: The Taj facing rooms have an excellent view of the taj from the room. Whenever you go out of the hotel the door man will help you with suggestions regarding shortest way to destination and mode of transport. It have a beautiful open air roof top restaurant with an excellent unhindered view of the taj.

Worst Experience: Only the bathroom.
